I'm a full blown HVAC nerd. I hold a deep understanding of HVAC and building science. This knowledge base grants me the opportunity to help clients with not only selecting the right HVAC system for their home, but also selecting system enhancements such as ERVs, humidifiers and dehumidifiers.
My HVAC knowledge expands beyond boilers and furnaces. I'm also experienced with hydronic heat pumps. This unique technology is both undeserved by the industry and very profitable. I've done extensive work with Spacepak air-to-water heat pumps, Samsung's DVMS eco line, and a few geothermal water-to-water heat pumps.
I also pride myself on my ability to see beyond the box. What I mean by this is that I look at the connected systems including the duct system or distribution piping and can identify room for improvement there. I also look at the home as a system. I can sugest ductwork enhancements to optimize the overall distribution system and improve the comfort level in that second floor bedroom that's never been comfortable before. Are the bathroom fans vented into the attic? Here's a price to solve that which will improve the indoor air quality and home comfort. These are just a few simple things that an HVAC contractor can do while at a clients home to maximize our impact to their comfort and our revenue potential.
I build trust with my clients because of the knowledge that I bring. I regularly get the feedback that my prices are higher than my competition but that they are going with me because of my ability to address their concerns and their confidence in my ability to improve their comfort level.

My name is Jason Elmore. I'm currently an owner/operator of a small HVAC company out of Melrose. I started in HVAC as an installer in 2002 and have grown from there. I currently specialize in whole home electrification projects which include geothermal, air-to-water, and vrf systems but I'm also very good with carbon based heat sources.
I am looking for a company where I can continue to work with cutting edge HVAC technology in a field that I am passionate about.
