Skills
As office manager
In both the Maryland and Virginia branches, I was involved in multiple crucial activities to ensure smooth office operations and procedures. This included preparing payroll for subcontractors and employees, controlling correspondence, as well as designing and implementing effective office filing systems. Another significant part of my role entailed reviewing and approving supply requisitions for the office needs.
In addition to these tasks, I had the responsibility of monitoring clerical functions and assigning duties as necessary. An integral part of this role was also training other essential personnel, including the Branch Manager and office administrative staff.

Work experience
Dispatcher/CSR
Moore's Electrical & Mechanical - Gainesville, VA
November 2022 to Present
On a regular basis, my responsibilities include organizing presentations for bi-weekly meetings with managers and regional leaders, during which I must propose fresh, innovative ideas for making our operation smoother and more efficient. The goal here is to constantly enhance our performance and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
In addition to this, I also tackle responsibility in the form of volunteer opportunities within the area I dispatch, demonstrating dedication to my work and my commitment to giving back to our community.
Organizing weekly outlooks for the schedule is another core task, where I ensure on-call staff and runners are readily available to manage new high-priority calls as they come in.
One of the most important aspects of my work is building relationships with our clients. I strive to provide exceptional service while also fostering a sense of trust and reliability.
Lastly, in a bid to contribute to both my personal growth and the advancement of the team, I have attended several leadership seminars. This initiative serves my current position, but it also prepares me for potential opportunities that may arise within the organization in the future.
