I worked in the industrial manufacturing industry for 10 years. I have a lot of experience running machinery, power tools, and problem solving issues that arise. In addition, I have been surrounded by experienced Electricians and learned some basic skills. I am extremely coachable and very interested in being apart of this industry. Lastly, I have proficient computer and typing skills and am extremely detailed oriented.

I am writing this letter to recommend Derrick Frost for employment as a Apprentice Electrician. I have known Derrick for almost 3 years, during which time he worked for me as a Filtration Technician. I was impressed with Derrick’s professionalism, brewing knowledge, and detailed work during his employment with Sierra Nevada Brewing Company.
Derrick is hardworking and intelligent. He is a quick learner and absorbs detailed training readily. I am confident he would be a positive addition to Jomar Contractors. Derrick is articulate, and he can communicate effectively with Coworkers as well as Supervisors. Derrick is also a creative problem solver and able to use his troubleshooting skill to deal with problems in real-time. He works well independently while still adhering to Company standards.
While working for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, his knowledge of the brewing process allowed him to offer suggestions for improving efficiencies and yields which had a direct, positive impact on the company’s bottom line. Derrick was a safe worker, abiding by OSHA standards and routinely offered suggestions for improving the safety of our working environment.
