I recently graduated high school and have been working customer service positions for the past 2 and a half years. I worked as an Office Cashier at Brookshire Grocery Company for a little over a year. This position required me to answer the phones, work the store’s computer system, manage the front end, and work the customer service desk. My most recent job was a Team Lead position for HTeaO. This position required me to ensure customer satisfaction, manage the store, handle cash, answer the phones, and work the computer system.
