I have knowledge in blueprint reading for commercial and residential HVAC projects. I have the ability to start HVAC jobs performing job layout for HVAC main supply and return trunk lines, penatrations through roof for main shaft duct, exhaust fans, and roof curbs for package units. I have the ability to use all size scissor lifts, ability to operate fork lifts, and any other equipment needed to perform the erection of duct work in ceilings.
I have knowledge in crane safety and hand signals for crane lifts on jobsites .

Been in the HVAC trade since 2001. Worked in multiple projects: residential, light commercial, and commercial aspects of HVAC installation. Also has experience in a supervisory role working for the City of SF as well as supervising apprentices on various residential and commercial jobs throughout my career.
