I have been in the construction industry for 25 years. For ten years I have owned a HVAC service company in central Texas with four employees. In that time I went from a single truck and a garage to four vehicles and a warehouse. I was very hands on in the business and did everything from the books and marketing to hooking up a duct in the corner of the attic. I sold my company at the end of 2022 and for the past 18 months have been doing Project Management work for multifamily rehabilitation projects.
