Position Summary: Seeking a full or part-time evening maintenance technician. Hours can be somewhat flexible. Benefits are for full time positions.

Must have troubleshooting and deductive skills with the ability to follow through and execute the solution.
Must be able to use a multi meter.
Must be able to climb ladders, use scissor lift, and be crawl space comfortable.
Must be calm and execute solutions in facility crisis situations. (no heat, water back-up, no hot water).
As a team member you will need experience in HVAC/plumbing including rooftop units, food and beverage units, and boilers .
Additional maintenance and on demand repairs may include electrical, drywall, painting, woodwork, carpet, glass, tile and other surfaces found in a commercial club setting.
Year-round indoor and outdoor/all-weather tasks as assigned.
Pool and Har-Tru tennis court procedural experience are also highly desirable.
Exceptional hospitality skills are required.

Qualifications:

Understanding of preventative maintenance including research and selection of repair parts.
Ability to stay on task without direct supervision and be accountable.
Ability to work with purpose.
Ability to sustain superior level of hospitality with club members and coworkers.
