We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Foreman/Project Manager (Light Commercial) to join our team and oversee the successful completion of our projects.

You will manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to project closeout. This includes coordinating with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality control, managing project budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including pre-construction, construction, and project closeout
Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and strategy
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in light commercial and multi-family residential construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
