Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
- Notify management of any repairs needed

Experience:

- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems and refrigeration units
- Ability to read schematics for equipment repair
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus
- Leadership skills to guide cleaning team effectively

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the ability to maintain cleanliness standards efficiently while demonstrating mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repair. Leadership skills are beneficial for supervising cleaning tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
