Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance work, project management, and leadership skills, with a focus on maintaining equipment and systems efficiently.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose equipment issues.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall facility operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a maintenance role, with skills in supervising teams and managing projects.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and logic controllers.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
