Regional Sales Manager - Description

We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join the sales team in a remote fashion. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible extend the sales channels by supporting and evaluating existing manufacturers’ representatives, find and attain new ones, as well as to provide technical training to their employees and customers.

We are looking for someone with knowledge or experience with pumps, water flow, fan equipment or related commercial/industrial industries. To be successful in this role, you must be able to understand basic technical information about equipment (pumps, motors, valves, boilers, heat exchangers, etc.) as well as have good interpersonal skills. Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities

· Support and evaluate existing manufacturers’ representatives.

· Participate in trade shows and actively travel to find and attain new representatives.

· Provide technical training to new customers.

· Coordinate with the applications engineering teams to provide quotations to the reps.

· Participate in negotiation of pricing and other commercial terms with the representatives.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress and sales forecasts.

· Maintain a minimum level of calls, visits and training to develop awareness of the products.

· Issue expense reports on a timely manner following the guidelines from the company policies.

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications

· Experience working with manufacturer representatives.

· Experience working with centrifugal water pumps in the commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection or other related industries.

· Ability to travel (40-50%).

· Ability to use CRM to report sales activities and generate reports.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
