Position Description:

Supervise the execution of regular service in the resraurant.
Directly responsible for solving day to day problems that may arise in their assigned store
Budget and manage all spending on restaurant related supplies, equipment, products
Place daily food / beverage, chemical & paper product orders. Track and submit regular product inventories.
Maintain a 20-25% labor budget
Maintain a 20-25% Cost of Goods Sold budget
Maintain the physical state of the restaurant by overseeing regular cleaning, side work and scheduling R&M related vendor calls. Maintain Department of Health and company sanitation standards.
Directly communicate with food, janitorial, R&M, paper product, trash, and chemical vendors regarding the daily needs of the restaurant and consistency issues. (Expired products, damaged products, poorly maintained facilities, missing items, ETC.)
Process and manage time-off requests, promptly and clearly communicate time off requests via email to upper management
Process employee tips & respond to Uber reviews
Process and maintain employee files
Assist in processing and filing new hire paperwork
Assist in managing sexual harassment training compliance
Assist in collecting and maintaining staff food handler’s cards

Respond and resolve all guest issues or concerns
Maintain food quality, recipe accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
Maintain superior customer service standards, coach and correct service staff regarding tone, attentiveness, focus, general conduct.
Foster a support and leadership driven team / management culture by consistently setting an example for all team members by adhering and enforcing policies.
Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld. Is accountable for store funds being collected and stored properly.
Responsible for taking daily notes throughout shifts and communicating to the rest of the management team via Manager Daily Reports.
