Position Overview:

As a Lighting Technician Lead, you will play a key role in managing and executing lighting projects, ensuring high-quality installations and maintenance for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Supervise: Oversee a team of lighting technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Project Management: Plan and coordinate lighting installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with clients.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during installations or maintenance, providing practical solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Team Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members about daily activities, project updates, and any issues that need addressing.
Client Interaction: Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Tool Management: Utilize and maintain your own set of tools for various lighting installation and repair tasks.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in lighting installation and maintenance, with a track record of successful project execution.
Leadership Skills: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of lighting systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Tools: Must have your own set of tools for lighting installation and repair.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to come up with effective solutions for technical challenges.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
