The LCF Group (located in New Hyde Park) is an established MCA direct funder. Since 2011, we’ve provided funding to small businesses by purchasing future receivables, repaid via daily ACH debits or a percentage of their credit card sales. We are seeking an ambitious Risk and Compliance Analyst for a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a highly competitive industry.

Position: Full-Time (In-office located in New Hyde Park, NY)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Risk and Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business documents to guarantee alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
Ensure the accuracy of essential organizational and financial data across various parameters.
Cross-verify key documentation to identify inconsistencies or areas of potential concern.
Assess transactional data to identify risk factors and support decision-making processes.
Uphold compliance with jurisdictional requirements while navigating time-sensitive constraints.

Risk and Compliance Anaylst Qualifications:

Experience in investigating fraudulent activity which includes planning, conducting, reviewing, managing, and participating in complex financial investigations a plus.
Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or financial statements.
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment.
