MCI Elevator & Lifts recently expanded into Arizona (in business in Washington State since 1996) and we are growing! We are seeking a full-time Elevator Lead Installer/Technician. Job duties include installation of variety of equipment to include: residential elevators, wheelchair lifts and stair lifts. Also will handle service calls and the repair of accessiblity equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair elevator systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic and electrical components.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Utilize basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations during installations.
Maintain organized records of service reports and inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years elevator trade experience
Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner
Self-starter with good organizational skills
Positive working attitude
Ability to work as a team
Dependable, good attendance record
Must be reliable, honest & trustworthy
Basic math skills
Ability to read basic drawings and electrical schematics
Must be able to lift 100lbs

Requirements:

Current driver's license with clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to pass background check
Occasional out of town travel will be required as we cover the State of Arizona
