We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role requires expertise in reading schematics and blueprints, as well as the ability to perform remodeling tasks. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform remodeling tasks including building new structures or modifying existing ones.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and handymen, to ensure efficient project completion.
Handle heavy lifting as required for installation or repair tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices.
Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
Familiarity with remodeling processes and techniques.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Valid driver's license with the ability to operate commercial vehicles if necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.88 per hour
