What You Will Be Doing:

Responding to and generating leads and appointments with customers interested in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and/or solar panels
Building a professional referral network with realtors, insurance agents, HOA managers, and contractors
Managing appointment calendar
Performing property inspections and educating homeowners on results
Communicating value proposition and guiding decision-making
Developing written estimates
Closing and managing sales agreements
Proactively communicating internally with the production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
Working with corporate to support insurance claims processes
Onsite customer service and install closure
Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

To be successful in this role, you should be highly motivated, good at developing rapport, professional, persistent, adaptable, and entrepreneurial. This role has the potential to evolve into sales or general management over time, and for the right individual. Leads, marketing, social media, and call center are provided.

Other Responsibilities:

Generate accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
Participate in company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions.
Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success.
Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
March alongside us in our relentless pursuit of financial greatness, achieving a minimum of $80,000 in monthly contracted sales.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
Roofing, Construction, or Home Renovation Experience required.
Lead follow-up, Generation through Cold Calling, Canvassing, and Door Knocking experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based position, with some time dedicated to office-related tasks. You will be routinely climbing ladders of residential and commercial properties for on-site assessments and installation inspections. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:

This is position will require flexibility. Consistent attendance is essential to your success.

Perks:

Potential for $120,000+ income.
Pay is $40,000 base salary.
This is a salary plus commission-based position. You will be expected to meet a monthly sales quota in order to maintain the base salary.
