Responsibilities:
- Perform field service and maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration equipment
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems in commercial and residential settings
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and repair procedures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience working with various types of refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and HVAC units
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration equipment
- Skilled in using tools such as gauges, meters, welders, and hand tools for repairs
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to refrigeration systems

Skills:
- Field service experience in the refrigeration industry
- Knowledge of air conditioning system design and operation
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC or refrigeration field
- Welding skills for repairing or fabricating components as needed
- Ability to read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driver responsibilities
