Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, a/c's and ducts.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions.
Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
