Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. The HVAC Installer will work on-site at residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement efficient HVAC systems for new constructions or renovations.
Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as appliance repair or property maintenance.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and weld as needed for installations.
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Ability to design efficient HVAC systems tailored to specific property requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on field service operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
