We're seeking a Home Comfort Designer to help clients design HVAC systems that meet their needs while ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.

Responsibilities:

Perform heat gain/loss calculations and design HVAC systems tailored to customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service, presenting design options and financing solutions.
Convert leads into sales by building relationships and providing system upgrades and service plans.

Qualifications

In-home sales experience with proven track record of success
Proficiency in reading schematics and HVAC design
Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge is a plus
Valid driver's license and strong organizational, sales, and communication skills
