Responsibilities:

Installation Excellence: Install vinyl, wood, chain-link, and aluminum fences with precision, adhering to Superior Fence & Rail standards.
Customer Interaction: Be courteous and professional, ensuring the installed fence matches the customer’s vision.
Site Prep and Safety: Verify fence locations and ensure the work area is safe, avoiding utility line disruptions.
Leadership: Lead your crew effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fence installer, specializing in residential projects.
Ownership of all necessary tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to interpret job orders, lay out fence lines, and handle any on-site adjustments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
