Key Details about Being an Installation Service Technician

Compensation: First-year technicians earn $50,000-$60,000 after training. Top earners can make $100,000.

Installation Service Technician Job Responsibilities:

Repair and refinish tubs, tiles, and countertops in homes, hotels, and apartments.
Ensure high-quality workmanship using the Miracle Method system.
Deliver excellent customer service while working independently.

Installation Service Technician Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean, insurable driving record.
Pass a basic background check.
Dependable with a great attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
Flexible and able to adapt to schedule changes.

Experience in resurfacing is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate! Experienced techs may qualify for a sign-on bonus and faster compensation growth.
