Full Time Maintenance Mechanic for luxury residential hi-rise building in Fort Lee. Local 32BJ.
Must be able to able to work a flexible schedule and speak English.

Must have NJ Boiler Operator License (Black Seal).
The work schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 am to 8:00 am and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

High rise building maintenance experience a plus.
Must be able to cover holiday shifts.

Experienced in repair and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Manage maintenance service requests. As maintenance issues arise, collaborate with teammates and prioritize service requests.
Conduct preventive maintenance.
Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure that the site is suitable for safe operations, and maintained in proper working condition. Identify necessary repairs, equipment breakage, weather conditions, etc.
Respond to immediate safety and/or operational concerns.
