Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC design principles and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions for repairs.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within buildings.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and system performance.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills

Proficient in HVAC design principles and practices.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to repair and maintain various types of equipment.
Experience in air conditioning systems installation and service technician roles.
Knowledgeable in refrigeration processes and techniques.
Ability to plumb and build necessary components for HVAC systems as required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $33.25 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
