Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes and fixtures. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively on various projects. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets industry standards and regulations.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills

Proficiency in HVAC systems is a plus.
Experience in maintenance person services and general remodeling tasks.
Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
Knowledge of commercial driving regulations may be beneficial for job-related transport needs.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.
Competence in using hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Ability to plumb efficiently while adhering to quality standards.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
