Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes and fixtures. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively on various projects. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets industry standards and regulations.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Experience in maintenance person services and general remodeling tasks.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations may be beneficial for job-related transport needs.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.
- Competence in using hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Ability to plumb efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
