What we ask:

You will serve H&E clients by expertly explaining benefits of choosing our company when presenting residential heating and cooling system replacements, air filtration systems, and ductwork systems.
Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
Understand and utilize cutting edge equipment estimation software, presenting multiple options to our customers every time.
Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
Get rewarded for maintaining our sales average goals while providing good business ethics. Never sell the client something that they don’t need. Perform a proper inspection of the client’s system. Make sure you look for ways to save the customer money, time, or effort.
Give multiple options to customer while educating them on what they need and what will benefit them.
Explain the benefits of newer higher efficiency equipment to the client.
Explain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join.
Maintain your sales vehicle so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.
