We are seeking a Service Administrator for Young & Pratt’s A/C Service & Repair Division. Young & Pratt has been in business since 1922 and is still going strong. We are a family-oriented company, and our service department works with many of Austin’s churches, fraternities, sororities, schools, medical facilities, and retirement/assisted living facilities.

We are seeking an individual with experience in the Service Admin field.

Individual must be able to:

Have a good knowledge of computers

Experienced in Dispatching the Techs

Be a problem Solver

Coordinate daily work order/monthly and quarterly services

Manage office

Planning, organizing, and directing activities related to customer service

Using company computer program and assisting Techs with issues that arise
