Qualifications:

No prior HVAC experience required, but experience in commercial or residential service is a plus.
Strong desire to learn the HVAC trade and building automation systems.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

Starting at $20-$36 per hour, with opportunities to increase as you gain experience and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance.
Learn how to commission and maintain building automation systems.
Work alongside our controls department to integrate and troubleshoot systems.
Support senior technicians in delivering top-notch customer service and solutions.
