We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes and HVAC systems. The ideal candidates are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids, while providing exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain water supply systems
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
Obeying health and safety codes at all times.
Performing inspections and providing advice to homeowners.
Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
Communicating effectively with clients and dispatch, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
Being polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber
Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
Sound knowledge of water, heating, and ventilation systems.
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly with a great deal of patience
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
Valid license to practice profession
Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $36.00 per hour
