This is a group of +36 independent Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAI) community practices located in +25 states that engage in group purchasing contracts for A, A & I products, as well as clinical research and real world data analytics and our members are recognized as Key Opinion Leaders in the rare disease space.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage various daily, weekly and monthly internal and external communications and negotiations related to GPO contract pricing, rebates, data fees, clinical research opportunities and various other product and revenue opportunities presented to CIIC members
Provide direct support of the CIIC President, VP, CMO and Executive Director, as needed
Contribute to quarterly newsletter, member surveys, press releases and member meetings in-person and virtually
Respond timely to and interact professionally by phone, video and email with CIIC Members' Practice Managers, Biologic Coordinators, Billing Managers, Research Coordinators, Nurses
Liaise with Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Drug and Equipment Manufacturers' Commercial, Marketing and Research Leadership Teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Insights into private/ community practice Buy & Bill process and challenges, including Insurance Contracts, Prior Authorizations, Claims and Co-Pay Programs
Strong communication skills (verbal and written, Zoom, MS Teams, meeting facilitation)
Intermediate/Advanced skills to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Canva (or similar)
Experience working with Pharma Manufacturers' Commercial and Medical Teams
Experience with Project Management (Asana)
Able to work independently and remotely
Demonstrated time management capability
Staff management experience

SOFT SKILLS

Professional mannerism and maturity

Organized, productive and self-directed
Sense of urgency and timelines

PREFERRED SKILLS

+ 2 years Healthcare industry/community medical practice experience a plus
Allergy, Asthma or Immunology industry exposure is a plus
Exposure to administration of clinical trials and patient identification process
Exposure to In Office Dispense or Pharmacy Claims
Exposure to patient registry / patient data base and EMR/EHR data management is a plus

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Most of this scope of work will be performed remotely M-F 8 am-6 pm CST, but there will be occasions when short duration travel may be required (Semi-Annual CIIC Member Conferences and select CIIC Operations team meetings ).
