Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

Pay Range: $25-$42/hr based on experience (with opportunities for additional compensation)

Qualifications:

HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
3 years+ install experience
3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Primary Job Functions:

Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
Maintaining a clean job site - pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
