Local Family Owned Business is seeking HVAC Installer

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installer. As an HVAC Installer, you will travel to our client’s properties and replace their current HVAC equipment with new. To be a successful HVAC Installer, you will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and be respectful. Customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your highest priority for success in this role.

HVAC Lead Installer Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
Valid driver’s license and insurable
Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program. - optional
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work in all temperatures
Reliable and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work after hours, over weekends with short notice

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Read and interpret schematics to execute HVAC design plans accurately.
Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into building projects.
Work with a team to complete daily jobs and follow-up and provide feedback as needed.
Maintain a valid driver's license for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
Uphold high standards of mechanical knowledge and field service practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
