Total Plumbing, a family-owned and operated business in Mooresville NC, is looking for a professional and experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and Mini Splits for commercial and residential customers.
Install new HVAC systems and Mini Splits for commercial and residential customers.
Identify proper materials and quantities needed for new and existing projects.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your assigned company vehicle.
Keep assigned company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years prior experience with at least 5 years in commercial.
Must have basic hand tools necessary for the trade.
Ability to be on-call for after hours and weekend emergency jobs.
Valid Driver's License required.
Background check required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and personality.
Experience working with a Service Fleet Management Software (such as Fleetmatics) as it pertains to managing your daily schedule and reporting to your assigned jobs.
Knowledge of drain machines, cameras, and locating equipment.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
