Fully responsible for supervision of manufacturing and warehouse personnel performance through all phases of manufacturing, receiving, and shipping as well as the management of all aspects with regards to facilities. Work closely with other departments to ensure profitable, safe and high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Maintains an environment of continuous improvement.
Supports the company in production planning to ensure the business is adequately resourced.
Develops schedules for both labor and production that support combination of both finished goods and bulk storage.
Develops systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Continuously evaluates process to ensure correct production flow
Communicates with management on equipment needs or concerns.
Increases production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining/improving quality and safety standards.
Provides a leadership support function to teams and motivates staff to achieve production goals.
Communicates KPI expectations to Managers as well as utilizes operational metrics to determine root causes. Conducts performance management review for supervisors and includes the establishment of goals and objectives that correspond to company objectives.
Identifies skills gaps in the organization and develops a recruitment program. Trains staff and managers.
Manages production output, product quality and on-time delivery. Analyzes process workflow, employees and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Manages budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.
Ensures the physical warehouses and surrounding facilities are clean and safe at all times.
Monitors issues with facilities including but not limited to HVAC Systems, Plumbing, Electrical, and all related equipment.
Ensures proper inventory accuracy through utilization of best material handling practices.
Develops robust internal processes to ensure material and resource requirements are available to meet actual and forecast sales demand.
