The HVAC Service Manager will lead our team of HVAC technicians. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HVAC service department. Their primary goal is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HVAC services to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of installations, maintenance, and repairs

· Coordinate with clients to understand their HVAC system needs and provide appropriate solutions

· Develop and implement service schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction

· Create and present technical training programs for technicians by analyzing needs, creating materials, and conducting sessions

· Oversee inventory management, ensuring an adequate supply of equipment and parts for seamless operations

· Recruit, hire, train, and supervise HVAC technicians

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns to include the addressing of customer complaints

· Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service and installation

· 2-4 years of leadership experience

· HVAC certification (EPA, NATE)

· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Prior ServiceTitan experience

· Ability to be self-directed and work both independently and in collaboration with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
