Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager

Oliver Heating & Cooling is a long-standing, reputable company looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager. We are seeking a self-motivated high energy individual with a positive attitude to develop strong business relationships while acquiring HVAC Service Agreements within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern Delaware.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Qualify new and existing opportunities
Establish client rapport using well-established products and services
Prioritizing activities to target key clients
Form accurate and detailed service agreement proposals
Maintain ongoing communication with all assigned and potential accounts.
Follow-up with all proposed bids and leads.
Analyze and negotiate renewals of existing service agreements.
Negotiate with clients to gain business while maintaining approved profit margins.
Engage and assist in the resolution of any outstanding collection concerns
Maintain accurate client information within Olivers database
Attend all required sales related meetings.
Support fellow associates and work for the betterment of the overall team.
Always maintain and follow company policy.

Education and Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years sales experience. Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred, but not required for consideration.
Valid drivers license
High school diploma/Technical trade school, or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Substantial periods spent in vehicle.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
