Job description – Customer Success Coordinator
In this Customer Success job, our client are offering the opportunity to rapidly progress within the business, developing marketing and attribution expertise, incredible data analysis skills and building strong relationships is stakeholders.

They see Customer Success as the perfect incubator to learn the business and the problems they solve for their customers. With this you are ready to move into other departments through their Centre of Excellence Grad Scheme, with opportunities in Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations available once you have gained the domain expertise required.

Key responsibilities - Customer Success Coordinator
In this Graduate Customer Success opportunity, your responsibilities will include:

Support and learn from Heads of Onboarding and Customer Success on matters specific to the firm’s clients
Own and project manage client onboarding, including ensuring quality for customers
Become a go-to expert in Marketing and the business's products, and provide ongoing client training on these
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics, identify, and help realise upsell opportunities; grow opportunities within the customer base, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment
Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations

Job requirements - Customer Success Coordinator

A degree level education or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a Data related subject
Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros…) and MS PPT
You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to customers
You will be highly organised, able to work across multiple accounts with competing priorities
Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
Effective verbal and written communication skills

During probation, team members spend 5 days a week in the office to maximize opportunities to learn. After probation this moves to 4 days in, 1 day at home.
