Pink Landy Contracting, Inc., an established and growing Central Indiana site development company, is seeking construction site workers for multiple jobs in Indiana. Experience in construction is a plus, and they are will to train the right candidates. Types of work include excavation, site utilities, structural concrete, trenching and directional drilling. No mandatory on-call rotations or weekends.

Pay: $18 to $35 per hour based on experience

Location: Central Indiana

Key Skills and Qualifications:

General labor experience
Must have reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Dependable and reliable
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) a plus
Experience laying pipe a plus
Proficient equipment operator a plus

Responsibilities:

Perform general construction tasks and manual labor
Operate various types of construction equipment
Assist in laying pipes and other infrastructure work
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction and equipment operation
Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains
Drug free workplace
