Carwash Field Service Maintenance Technician

We’re expanding and looking for skilled Field Service Technicians! If you have a mechanical background, maintenance experience, and a desire to work with cutting-edge carwash equipment, we want you on our team. No direct carwash experience? No problem—we’re ready to train the right candidate who shows initiative and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot carwash equipment and facilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and construction tasks

- Operate tools and manage records for repairs and inventory

- Work in various environments, following safety protocols

- Flexibility for night/weekend shifts and occasional travel

What We’re Looking For:

- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems

- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license

- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on projects with regular late nights, early mornings, and weekends (much of the maintenance work cannot be conducted during carwash business hours)

-Strong management experience with leading a team
