Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician, with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians to develop your skills and knowledge in the electrical trade. The ideal candidate should possess a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality work with some experience installing generators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and troubleshooting.

- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the electrical trade.

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety practices is a plus.

- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, and working in various conditions.
