Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in accounting.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus).
Basic understanding of accounting principles (previous coursework or related experience is beneficial).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accuracy.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
Help track expenses, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation.
Assist with basic budgeting and forecasting tasks.
