Cumberland Cooling Inc is a small, close-knit company that excels in providing our customers with a quality product that they can be proud of. We expect a lot from our employees, but in return we give a lot. We believe quality of life is important, we believe employees should get all of the training, tools and resources they need to be the best at their job that they can be. We also believe that a friendly, helpful, encouraging and determined work environment can make even the most frustrating of tasks easier. In return we expect hard work, dedication, professionalism, and an eagerness to always improve. We require and reward independent critical thinking. Its the best way to grow!
