We are currently seeking two Apartment Maintenance Technicians, one with strong pluming background and one with HVAC experience and EPA certification. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a great opportunity to join an existing team of 5+ technicians, a strong Maintenance Supervisor, and work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Must have one of the following:
- EPA Certification Strongly Preferred
- HVAC Certification Strongly Preferred
- Must have 5+ years residential maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily apartment setting.
- Experience managing and closing out work orders via a mobile device.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Desire to work as part of a team.
