Position Summary: Join our growing team at Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning as an HVAC Installer – Level 2. This role is integral to the installation of heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install air handlers, furnaces, and complete branch duct runs.
- Follow detailed installation plans and instructions.
- Work on the installation of main trunk lines, line sets, and exhaust fans.
- Insulate, seal, and install ductwork while ensuring all components meet company standards.
- Handle low voltage wiring, ensuring everything is correctly installed and terminated.
- Operate Service Titan, clocking in, dispatching, and filling out invoices as required.
- Work autonomously on small projects, contributing to revenue generation.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and company procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have HVAC Installer Level 1 qualifications, plus:
- 2,000 hours of HVAC work experience.
- EPA Type 2 certification.
- NATE Support Technician certificate.
- Experience with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to run a line set, install air handlers, and set furnaces.
- Basic knowledge of static pressure and low-voltage wiring.
Desired Qualifications:
- HVAC Tech School Certificate or College Degree.
- NATE Core Certification.
- Previous construction experience.
- Proficient in using tools and able to troubleshoot effectively.
- Ability to work well with subcontractors and other team members.
