We are hiring ADAS Technicians in a new, fast growing automotive calibration industry. The Automotive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) market is projected to grow by 185% by 2030. Certified ADAS LLC is responsible for collision avoidance technologies that ensure vehicle safety after collision repairs for vehicles and their families. We are passionate about being in the forefront of vehicle technology, safety, and quality. ADAS Route Program Managers at Certified ADAS LLC will be provided on-the-job training and will develop a professional career in a growing industry which offers advancement and growth opportunities based on performance not tenure.
Responsibilities: As a Route Program Manager, you will blend your sales acumen with technical savvy to drive business opportunities for our ADAS technicians. In addition to the previously mentioned responsibilities, your role will include:
Technical Proficiency: Learn and understand the intricacies of ADAS technologies, including the ability to perform calibrations.
Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering insights into ADAS calibration processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to calibration implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and facilitate successful ADAS system integrations.
Tech-Savvy Sales Approach: Leverage your technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our ADAS solutions during sales presentations.
Bridge the gap between sales and technical teams to ensure a holistic understanding of client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with collision repair processes and industry trends.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn and understand ADAS technologies and calibration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to visit collision center accounts.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, and a clean driving record
