Duties & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Commercial plumbing (Hotels, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Tenant Improvements).
- Familiarity and understanding of all applicable federal, state, and local codes, and the ability to apply them practically on each job.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- Work with and train/help any plumbers, helpers which may be assigned to work with you.
- Clean and clear the work area after job completion.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations and maintain positive relationships with co-workers.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time and within budget.
- Attend required department meetings and company or contractor training as required.
- Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.
- Understanding, recognizing, and complying with OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Current plumbing license (Preferred)
Understanding of the current regulations within the field
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation
Journeyman Commercial Plumbing Experience or 4+ years related experience
