Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project $3.5M- 15M.
- Quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.
- Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project.
- Ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget.
- Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project.
- Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence.
Role Description:
This is a full-time onsite role for a Field Supervisor and/or Superintendent. This position will oversee daily operations in the field, including managing and supervising field crews, ensuring safety and code regulations are followed and monitoring project progress.
Salary: $40.00- 47.00 per hour based on prior experience
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Texas JW or Master’s License
- Must have experience in large scale commercial projects.
- Knowledge and compliance of safety regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge and compliance of the NEC.
- Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budget with project manager.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
