Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management: Ensure vehicle sales goals are met by holding Sales Managers and Sales Representatives accountable to the Lithia sales process and customer experience. Manage daily activities of the sales team to meet sales volume and productivity goals.
- Sales Staff Recruiting, Training, and Development: Train and develop sales staff using various methods to ensure they are well-versed in the sales process and product knowledge. Communicate performance standards, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure all customers are greeted promptly and professionally. Address and resolve escalated customer concerns and assist Sales Representatives with customers when needed.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and communicate work schedules for all sales-related staff. Complete all month-end procedures accurately and on time. Participate in store meetings and track ad sourcing.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years automotive dealership experience is REQUIRED
- Train, motivate, and build a strong, high-performing sales staff
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales
- Must have a strong commitment to superior customer service!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $129,500.00 - $371,000.00 per year
